Oh, say can you sing?
The Corpus Christi Hooks Baseball Club is seeking singers and musicians to perform the Star-Spangled Banner during the 2019 Texas League season.
National Anthem auditions are planned for Thursday from 3 to 7 p.m. at Whataburger Field. This is a first-come, first-served tryout.
All participants must be prepared to sing or play the full anthem without a backing track.
There is no fee to perform and the public is invited to audition.
