Bama's Blog: I fell in love all over again

If ever there was a car’s interior that I love so much I would buy the car, it has to be the 1967 Dodge Charger. It has like 4 buckets seats and just looks so cool inside. The outside is not as attractive as the 68 up B body’s, but I’m good with that. It had fastback styling and don’t get me wrong, still a great looking car. But that interior. That’s what did it for me. So what else made it special? How about a 426 cubic inch Hemi rated at 425 horsepower. Which is a joke. They had much more HP. But Dodge had to show it at 425 so people could get it insured. 2 4 barrel carbs and a 4 speed and paint it Red and it’s my car. Production numbers show 59 with a 4 speed and 59 with the Torqueflite automatic transmission. Magnum wheels look so good on this car. I actually saw one a week ago at Cars and Coffee car show. Red, but auto and 318 Cubic inch. But it had that interior. I fell in love all over again.
