Heather's First Pilates Experience!

Yesterday was my first Pilates class. Alexis was my instructor--she was terrific and patient and encouraging. It was physically challenging--but not daunting.  It made me want to come back and do more!! If you have a chance to take Pilates, of course, check with your doctor. Then go sign up. It felt so good--working my muscles in a slow, controlled way. I am feeling it in my core today!!
