Californians are extremely grateful for the heroic firefighters and first responders who are battling the historic wildfires at both ends of the state. And while their efforts are saving lives, others are making a strong effort to make sure that these brave men and women are taken care of.

One such person is celebrity chef Jose Andres. The world-renowned chef, and his charity World Central Kitchen, are working around the clock to prepare meals for firefighters, first responders, and families that have been displaced by the fires.

He's also recruited Food Network chef Tyler Florence and dozens of volunteers to help cook and serve the meals.

Celebrity chef Guy Fieri has also gotten involved. He served up dinner for firefighters and evacuees of the Camp fire near Chico. And grocery chain Trader Joe's has also been delivering meals to volunteers in affected areas.

**And, Air BnB has opened its properties to evacuees from the fires--for $0. So cool!!
