A Scottish man, heartbroken over the recent passing of his grandfather, had received dozens of sympathy cards. But one in particular really made him emotional and has gone viral.
The grandson, whose name is Hamilton, says his grandfather lost his battle with Alzheimer's last month. Last year, since his grandfather could no longer take care of his dog, Winston, the family was forced to place him into another home.
Earlier this week, the family was stunned to receive in the mail a sympathy card from Winston.
The card, which included a photo of the Schnauzer, read, "Hello, I'm on my holidays in Spain. I'm sorry to hear about my Dad. He was very kind to me. Lots of love, Winston."
Somehow, Winston's new family heard about the passing and passed along their condolences.
