A damaged windshield forced an American Airlines plane to land in El Paso Sunday evening. American Airlines Flight 1897 from San Antonio to Phoenix had to land when hail smashed the front end of the plane, including the windshield. The pilot told air traffic control that they had 'very little forward visibility'. That is an understatement!
