Breweries Partner-Up to Make Fried Chicken Beer

There are many different beers out there with infusions of all sorts of flavors and aromatics. But when it comes to strange beer infusions, this one takes the cake...or should we say fried chicken?

Virginia-based Veil Brewing Co. and Danish Evil Twin Brewing Co. partnered up to make 'Fried Fried Chicken Chicken' beer. That's right. Beer made with fried chicken.

The beer is a Double IPA that registers at 8% ABV and has notes of citrus and pine.

The companies confirms that brewers dumped some chicken tenders from Chick-fil-A into their mash to make the beer. BUT the beer does not taste reminiscent of an actual Chick-Fil-A sandwich, as you might assume. The chicken comprises a very small proportion of the actual beer at just .4% of the mash.
