Studebaker Was Great

If you have read my blogs for any length of time, you know cars are my deal. It's one of the few passions I have. It's funny, most people will have a brand loyalty. Well, most older people will have a brand loyalty, kids these days don't care about any of that. By the way, that's the official how you know you are old thing...you actually say "kids these days". I'm getting sidetracked....which is another old guy thing too. ANYWAY...what I was saying is people care about Chevy or Ford or etc. But I am fortunate enough to have the ability to like them all. One of my favorites is Studebaker. I like the oddball look of their cars. Some of the weird stuff looks great to me. They were brothers who built wagons in Indiana in the 1800's where most car builders came from before Detroit became car capitol. They helped during the war and built a lot of cars and trucks but struggled with finances and merged with Packard (another fav of mine) and finally went under in 1966. I like all the oddball cars. I'll be talking about more different brands in the future.
