Reveled at the New Revl Grown-Up Party Place!

Revl is in the old Austin Park and Pizza and has been totally renovated. It looks fantastic! Chris and I and my stepson went for some fun and games and to check the place out. They’ve redone the bar and restaurant area. It’s much more catering to adults now with a huge wall of TV screens and big bar area where you could totally hang out and watch sports while the kids played. There’s a large billiards room with beautiful tables. There’s a darts area with bar tables next to the bar. On Thursdays, for the past several weeks, during happy hour, Shawn Austin and Friends have been playing live music in the bar. It’s just a great looking renovation of a fantastic space.
To be honest, I didn’t think I’d go back there again, but the new proprietors have really made this place new. The decor is really attractive—only in a few places does the old place peek out. There is laser tag, bowling, the rock climbing wall, a mini-indoor roller-coaster, a tower drop, lots of nice arcade games, a really open layout, and it all looks totally refreshed. You can still play mini-golf, ride go-carts, and use the batting cages, too.
Revl has a maturity in style and substance that makes it way more like Dave and Buster’s than a kiddie place—which is great. And the food was INCREDIBLE. We had wings which were great, cheeseburger sliders: delicious, and the absolute star of the show: a charcuterie board the likes of which I’ve never seen: 5 kinds of salami, 5 kinds of cheese, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, hummus, honeycomb, marmalade, crusty bread, olives, pickles, oh my goodness—amaze balls.
Can you tell we had a great time? It was fun to go out! It’s been forever. If you want to take the whole family out for fun, Revl might be the answer!
