Being Part Of A Team

I am building some affordable rental houses on my property in Dripping Springs, Texas. 3 of them, one story, 1100 square feet each. I did the Pier and Beam foundation and the floors and the walls by myself. The roof sections are really a 3 man job to do safely. I hired my friends construction company to do this part of the job. Their 3 man framing team came out and I was doing some small final work on one of the houses while they worked on the other two. It was amazing to watch a team who has worked together for years. Everyone knew their job, worked quietly and paced along very fast. Before they were done for the day, they had the first two houses probably a 1/4 done. It was really clean, tight, quality work. They will be finished by next weekend....weather depending. What they will have done in a week, would have taken me 3 months. Yeah, it cost a bunch, but it is worth it.
