A Walmart employee in Michigan received high praise on social media and from the corporate office for going above and beyond to help a customer.
Ebony Harris is known for having a huge heart and when Angela Peters, a customer with cerebral palsy, comes into the store, she always helps her with her shopping.
One day, Peters wanted to get a manicure at the in-store salon but was told by workers that they won't do it because she moves too much. That's when Harris stepped up.
She took Peters around the store to pick out nail polish and then sat down with her and did her nails.
A witness took a photo of the kind moment and shared it on Facebook. She added that Peters barely moved while Harris did her nails.
Harris said she didn't think twice about doing the right thing. She said, "My heart is full of compassion for anybody and everybody. I would have still painted her nails even if I had never met her before. I stepped in because I didn’t want her feelings to be hurt and her day to be ruined.”
