A propane truck overturned on a highway in Seattle on Monday morning. Luckily it didn't explode, and the driver's okay. But it caused massive gridlock for about eight hours. And a lot of people were stuck on the highway. But check this out . . .Three employees in a TACO TRUCK were on their way to their usual spot to set up for lunch. And they got stuck in traffic with everyone else. So after a while, they decided to just open for business on the HIGHWAY instead. It was the only way for people to get food, so it was a huge hit. Drivers got out of their cars and started lining up. The owner of the truck says that's the big benefit of having your business on wheels: "We are ready to serve food everywhere."
